Hrothulf combines a sword and socks, sets them on fire, and tries to chop off the pig's neck. The wand doesn't work for Darnit, so he gives it to Izar. Carlos aims the van, ready to release it if the pig wakes up. Hrothulf swings the flaming sword, but the pig grabs it. Izar casts Black Tentacles, Darnit uses magic missiles, and Carlos crashes the van into the pig. Hiare prepares to protect her maestro, but the wand doesn't work. Darnit readies a chromatic orb, Carlos prepares flammable items, and the pig throws the van at Izar, Hiare, and Darnit. Hrothulf activates his armor and throws flaming socks. The pig attacks Hrothulf, and Darnit helps stabilize Hiare. Hrothulf throws another flaming sock, Izar casts sleep, and Carlos turns off the van. Darnit attacks the pig, which then melts into a pool of black. Hrothulf checks on Director Erizo, who coughs up pig slime and dies. The rose quartz disappears. Darnit and Carlos clean up the scene, and Izar reveals a section D9 in the arcane laboratory. Erizo's body is hidden in the van. Carlos disguises as Erizo and plans to guide the group to section D9. They have a camera that needs batteries or a power source.
