The party is enveloped by a mysterious cube and transported to a room filled with scales and empty pedestals. They try to solve the puzzle of the room and encounter a strange glass lizard statue.
Soap's Birthday Party is interrupted when a mysterious cube descends. The group, consisting of Darnit, Hrothulf, Dorinda, Saferina, Ego, Nilchi, Izar, and Hiare, decides to touch the cube. Hrothulf and Dorinda are engulfed, followed by Ego. Darnit directs Nilchi to protect the gryphons. They find themselves in a room filled with empty shelves and scales. Darnit attempts to call his weapons back but fails. They discover a glass lizard statue on a pedestal. After various attempts, they realize they need to stand in the corners of the room. Ego transforms into her Slaad form but eventually returns to her corner. The lizard statue comes to life and asks who they are.
