Gargoyles are defeated, but a swirling cyclone persists. Izar and Ego notice a face in the whirlwind. The rocks start forming a super gargoyle. Darnit asks Ego about using griffins to stop the whirlwind. Dorinda tries to fly up the cyclone but encounters a barrier. A giant gargoyle emerges from the cyclone and lands. Izar casts True Strike on it. Hrothulf and Darnit attempt attacks but get swept away. Hayete casts Shatter and Dorinda snipes the gargoyle. Izar uses a shadow orb to freeze its wing. Hrothulf shoots with a plasma rifle. Darnit causes the gargoyle's face to crumble. Hayete shatters the frozen wing, and Ego questions their actions. Dorinda misses a shot to avoid hitting someone. The gargoyle shrinks, Darnit is swallowed, and Izar goes to the ethereal plane. Hrothulf and Poyraz latch onto the gargoyle. Darnit escapes, Ego questions their location, and Hayete inspires Darnit. The gargoyle loses its arm due to a bullet. Poyraz and Hrothulf take attacks as the gargoyle slips away. Izar casts Lightning Bolt, destroying the gargoyle. Izar mentions an opaque cube descending, but nothing is seen.
