In the fourth room, the Vardum Templar Voltron appears, a massive suit of armor made up of the previous smaller suits. The room has mirrors, a chandelier, an aquarium, and a compartment with three shells. The Vardum enters hesitantly, focusing on Carlos and Izar. Darnit casts Shield, Izar uses Blade Ward, and Hrothulf prepares to attack. Carlos suggests a plan involving mirrors. They engage in battle, with Darnit throwing projectiles, Izar casting Shocking Grasp, and Carlos attempting to disable the Vardum by hugging it. Hrothulf attacks as well. The Vardum strikes back, kicking Carlos and hitting Izar. They continue the fight, utilizing magical and elemental attacks. Izar discovers a special flame in the candelabra and tries to use it against the Vardumtron. Carlos and Hrothulf also use flames. The armor melts away, revealing a pulsing mass of human flesh. The Vardumtron retaliates, pushing Hrothulf and causing his forcefield to malfunction. Darnit uses acid magic, leaving a scar on the armor. Izar reveals the need to place candles back in the candelabra and senses a treasure chest. Hiare retrieves a candle, and Carlos and Hrothulf distribute and light them. The Vardumtron holds Carlos hostage.
